GCL personnel performed continuous remodels and tenant improvements within the historic Starbucks Center. Tenant improvements range from offices to the “Java Gym,” a test kitchen and a data centre. After the Nisqually Earthquake immediate substantial earthquake repairs were performed inside and out.
