This extensive historic renovation project required attention to the elaborate detail and co-ordination in dealing with a designated historic site. The renovation encompassed essentially a complete overhaul and/or replacement of all systems and interior finishes, while maintaining all the architecturally significant features. Located downtown in the Robson & Thurlow neighbourhood, the project demonstrates the insight and capability to restore a historic building back to its prime under strict budget controls.
