GCL is converting an existing three storey warehouse into a two storey office, creative studio and place of worship. Selective demolition removed a mezzanine and all MEP systems to get to a bare shell. The construction phase includes all new windows and doors for an improved building facade. All new life safety systems will bring the building to current building code compliance.
