This project was the historic renovation and conversion of a cooperage into a private school for grades 5-8. The scope of work included concrete topping for floors, removal of existing wooden staircases and installation of new metal pan stairs, classrooms, a library, staff areas and storage rooms. The entire building required a retrofit of mechanical and electrical systems.
