In one of several historic building renovation projects in the Distillery District, ancient whiskey distillery vats and equipment were removed from the upper three levels and a seismic upgrade of the structure was performed. Wall, ceiling and floor changes were accomplished to configure the old industrial space into commercial offices. We gutted and remodeled the ground floor retail space of Building 58 to install a sales centre and model suites.
