Project Details
Situated on a small 15,000 square foot lot at one of the most active intersections in Toronto, this was a very challenging project.
The significant and highly decorated building top, showing off the tower’s green glass and grey granite curtain wall facade, is topped by a 25 metre glass spire which elevates the building height to 924 feet.
The project achieved city occupancy of the first 30 floors of the building when tower construction was only on floor 48.
