GCL personnel constructed Seattle’s finest hotel and condominiums. All hotel rooms have insuite fireplaces and common access to the Four Seasons spa, fitness centre, pool and a 5,000 square foot ballroom with a view of Elliot Bay. The top end condominiums on the upper floors were all built out using a standard palette. The four penthouse buyers were independently contracted to have entirely unique residences.
