Project Details
GCL personnel oversaw the major renovation and seismic upgrade to this historic office building at Fourth & Pike in downtown Seattle. A fire escape alcove on the west side was infilled with new floor area, and we added a second central stair, central HVAC and sprinkler systems. The west (alley) facade was rebuilt with expansive glass to offer better views of Elliott Bay. New glass canopies shelter transit riders.
