The scope of work includes a full structural upgrade, a new elevator, and all new mechanical and electrical systems. New interior finishes complement the existing exposed brick and timber framing.
The two storey open space café area utilizes a variant refrigerant flow (VRF) system, which was selected for the HVAC system to provide flexible temperature controls and reduce operating costs.
