We converted a warehouse into a state of the art cGMP pharmaceutical research laboratory and pilot plant, using cleanroom protocols throughout the project. The facility includes analytical, product development and stability laboratories, liquid and solid dosage suites, dispensing areas, equipment storage and dust collection areas. Particular attention to room finishes and qualification documentation was required to ensure a smooth validation effort for the pilot plant area.
