We demolished four existing buildings and replaced them with four three storey stacked townhouse buildings. Two existing residential buildings were occupied and undisturbed during demolition and new townhouse construction. Also included in the scope of work was a new outdoor amenity space for residents, site servicing upgrades and site plan changes throughout the property, including the optimization of existing and new parking stalls provided for 256 vehicles.
