We performed as the Construction Manager for the first phase of client Gay Lea’s Clayson Road Expansion ten year, muti-phase project. The scope of work included a two storey addition to an existing food distribution and storage facility with various freezer, cooler and dry storage rooms on the ground floor. Temperature regulated hallways connect the new building to the existing warehouse. The second floor is for administration and office spaces.
